IMPORTANT WEBSITE POLICIES

This website is NOT for everyone. We love our buyers, but there are special rules for this website. If you don't like them, please buy on eBay, Amazon or another website. We'd love for you to stay with us and make lots of money over many years, but we are not trying to be a big website with lots of employees so we need to have rules that make some people not want to buy here so there is more stuff for those who do want to buy! All orders are conditional on our acceptance.
  • Shipping fee has been reduced to just $5.00 on small orders. Orders over $125 ship to U.S. addresses free.

          There is no combined shipping on website. If you have an unshipped order it               does not mean you can buy another order for under $125 and ask for $5 credit.               The reason for $5 is because we have to print 3 copies of every order, pay extra               $0.30 Paypal fee for every transaction, and upload tracking for each order. The $5           is very fair. Please only buy more if it's $125+ or if you're okay with $5. Most of the           time the extra $5 is worth it as you'll make more money if you buy $50 worth of               stuff before someone else does. We can not waive the $5 fee. The extra time                 spent needs paid for, sorry!

  • MOST orders will ship within 21 business days (Monday - Friday) after your last order unless you ask us to hold longer. If you order on Monday, it will ship on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday most of the time. However, if you make another order on Wednesday sometimes it might be 1-3 more days before all orders ship This situation will be 1-3 more "any days" meaning it would definitely be at FedEx by Saturday night. Another example of what 1-3 business days means is that if you order on Friday night U.S. time, it's the same as ordering on Monday business hours. SOMETIMES we will still take order to FedEx on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, but it's possible that it won't ship until Wednesday. If you need in a hurry, please add a note or send an email with order and we will try our best to ship that day or next day (just please don't request that every time or there might be an expedited shipping fee!).

  • Orders on this website are considered FOB. FOB means freight on board, which means responsibility is yours once packages are given to our shipper. Most orders on website are sent to freight forwarders and our shipping company will not cover damage that is reported after the package is shipped again because that means the damage could have happened from the next shipping company. If a package arrives to your freight forwarder damaged, they should tell delivery person before accepting package so it's on file that there is damage between us to the U.S. address.

  • This is a special private bulk buying website for only around 10 buyers. We reserve the right to ban any buyer at any time. (We will only do that in instances such as buyer making false claims of damaged or missing items).
  • We are a small business without lots of employees. Most of our buyers want to order more stuff from our website. It is very sad that we have A LOT of stuff that is still not listed yet. :(

  We buy so much stuff that it would be impossible to sell everything on eBay because of all of the descriptions, pictures and emails it would take. That is why we made this website. We buy everything 100% as-is with no guarantees. We do this because the prices are the best this way. We make more money even if sometimes items are broken or bad than we would if we paid higher prices on eBay or Amazon.

  Please understand this website was made for buyers like us! It is NOT for someone needing 100% accurate descriptions and pictures every time. If you need those, please pay higher prices on eBay and Amazon.

 We can not perfectly organize/test/describe every single item we buy so there is a "risk" when buying on this website that sometimes something arrives bad. (Just how we buy. We buy lots and it's okay if sometimes something isn't perfect). That's why the prices here are the best!

 I really don't want to keep raising prices here. :(

 This website is supposed to be for buyers who understand this:

 You buy 500 items at $0.75 on our website. Maybe a couple are bad for some reason. There are so many items in stock and we don't have the employees to catch every defect.

Say 2 or 3 were bad. Maybe you bought bulk valve and membranes and 2 or 3 of the membranes weren't on and we didn't see that before shipping. So far this has never happened, but it's a perfect example because when we buy them there are a few out of every 100 that are missing the membrane. We try to catch this for you, but it is a mistake that's possible where we didn't see it was missing.

That means the mistake is around $1.77 (it would cost $0.59 x 3 for you to buy the 3 bulk membranes from us).

I am sorry for the mistake because WE DO try to catch things like this. It also sounds bad to ask you to pay another $1.77 to fix a mistake we didn't catch!

But you have to make good profits at our prices to where that's okay or we don't want you buying on this website. Otherwise we have to raise all prices a lot higher so we can pay for an employee to handle 5 emails about a little problem like that. Mistakes like this can happen here due to the large quantity of items and very low prices.

Please only buy items from our website where you make lots of money. If you buy 100 items and need 100 to be 100% perfect to make profit, do not buy on this website! We try to send 100 perfect if that's how it was described, but this website is not for someone making so little money they need to spend hours taking pictures, sending a return, and getting replacement for easy fixes.

Here's the math:

WEBSITE: Buy 500 for $0.75 on website. 3 are bad. Solution cost $0.59/each on website to fix. Total spent: $0.75 x 500 items = $375 + $1.77 ($0.59 membrane replacement x 3) = $376.77 on this website.  

If you don't make lots of profit with our website prices, please buy on eBay or Amazon. There you will pay $1.25/each for all guaranteed perfect. It's still the lowest price anywhere.

 

These website prices are all as-is prices. You can still buy from us for probably the lowest prices online (just not as low as this website!) if you buy on eBay. There you would get a fast reply to your email and the 3 replacements rushed out to that day free of charge.

The bad thing is that would have cost you $1.25/each, so you would have paid $625 ($1.25/each x 500) instead of just $376.77 here on website to end up with the exact same thing. That's a $248.23 difference!!!

Another example would be you buy 300 bulk breast shields and 1 arrives cracked. It's not fun when you were expecting to have 300, but we just can't have buyers here where that is a big deal. It's another example where the issue is over around $1 when if we charged the next lowest price online for all 300 you'd have paid $100+ more. My advice is if you NEED 300, maybe buy 305. That way if there's a mistake you should be okay. If you can't afford to buy an extra 5 when only 300 was needed, you're probably not the best buyer for this website. Last example would be motors. We are trying our best to find a way to safely ship all motors. We now pay 2x more for better bubble wrap and 3x more for double wall strong boxes. Sadly sometimes a few faceplates are still arriving cracked because of the long shipping distance and 50+lb boxes where someone might drop during shipping. The best solution is to always have extra faceplates ordered. Same with backplates.

Sometimes we includes a few extra of items for free just in case we counted wrong or an item breaks during shipping so we do care it's just that emails over issues that are easily fixed buy buying replacements for a few dollars means we both can start making a lot more money because we will have more time to list a lot more items for you. :)

Looking around the warehouse I just thought of a couple more random examples (both of which has never been told to us, I'm just trying to make sure if you're not the right type of buyer for this website that you don't buy here!): Maybe a membrane bag of 2 had 1 missing or you received a bag of 3 instead of a bag of 2. Maybe a sealed kit had a tear in the bag. Those are all things we try to catch, but mistakes can happen. If you can't resell the item and still make money, please don't buy it! We sell so many individual items every single day all kinds of little mistakes will happen. We really don't want to keep raising prices to hire email support person because there are buyers who can make lots of money at our prices now even though sometimes mistakes happen.

NOTE: Big mistakes we definitely want to know about! It also helps to know every time something arrives damaged and if you can provide tips on how to package it better. I just really feel that we all can make more money if you accept that not everything is 100% perfect. That way in the valve and membrane example above you're still buying things for $248.23 lower than any other price we can find (instead of us raising all prices to guarantee all perfect and hire customer support). The time saved not emailing back and forth we could have also been closer to listing the next items where you make lots more $$$ as well. :)

All returns require a 20% restock fee to cover our shipping costs and expenses related to processing. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order and before items are reshipped (example: if you want shipped to a freight forwarder in California who then ships to Vietnam, it needs to be returned from California before it's shipped to Vietnam as reshipping voids our shipping insurance for shipping damage and any shipping damage when shipping from California to Vietnam is on your policy with freight forwarder). Problems with orders must be communicated to us within 3 business days of receiving package. Unauthorized returns will be considered abandoned merchandise if a pre-paid return label is not received within 3 business days of package arrival. An employee of Stargoe Inc. signing for packages that arrive at are warehouse does not mean acceptance of return. You must have approval and a return authorization number before returning.
